Return Conditions:
- The customer has up to 14 days after receiving the product to initiate the return.
- The item must be in new condition , with no signs of use and in the original packaging .
- To process the return, you must present proof of purchase .
Return Process:
- Please send us an email to info@brinqueaprenda.com with the order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions for shipping the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs , except in cases of defective product or error on our part.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund period may vary between 7 to 15 business days , depending on the payment method.
- In case of partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs.
Exceptions:
- Promotional or personalized products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition (damaged or showing signs of use), we reserve the right to deny a full or partial refund.
