At Brinque & Aprenda , your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

  • The customer has up to 14 days after receiving the product to initiate the return.
  • The item must be in new condition , with no signs of use and in the original packaging .
  • To process the return, you must present proof of purchase .

Return Process:

  1. Please send us an email to info@brinqueaprenda.com with the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions for shipping the item.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs , except in cases of defective product or error on our part.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund period may vary between 7 to 15 business days , depending on the payment method.
  • In case of partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs.

Exceptions:

  • Promotional or personalized products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition (damaged or showing signs of use), we reserve the right to deny a full or partial refund.
